About the Author

John McRae was educated in English schools and has traveled extensively throughout the world. 

As a writer and producer of trade and educational films and television commercials, Mr. McRae has frequently been honored with top national awards, including such prestigious awards as an Emmy, a New York Art Directors award, top national Telly awards, and several Best In The West awards.

Prior to moving into advertising and filmmaking, he worked as a newspaper feature writer.  He retired as president of a Northwest advertising agency, headed his own marketing consulting firm, and now has turned to a full-time career as a novelist.

He has written seven novels, including the best-selling Trilogy of Fire series.  John McRae lived for many years in the Pacific Northwest and now lives in Utah.
